I have had the most pleasant experience working with Emad and his pharmacy for the past three months while my aunt was at a Board and Care home that used the service of Royal Pharmacy.
Emad treated his customers with respect. He listened attentively and echoed back to ensure the message was accurately received. I had several special requests regarding the list of medications as well as the billing cycle. Emad was responsive and he delivered what he promised every time. He was courteous and friendly. He reminded me of the neighborhood pharmacy in the good old days. I feel he deserves to be recognized for his customer service and care provided to the local community.

Great Pharmacy. I called them on the chance that they might be able to obtain my medication made by a specific company that no longer was being carried in most pharmacies anymore. After about 15 minutes they called me back and told me that they had ordered some for me specifically and it would be there in the next day. And just as I said it was ready the next morning and when I went there there was no line whatsoever and the service was quick and very friendly. They are definitely my pharmacy from now on. Excellent customer service and a great atmosphere as well.

This pharmacy is the best, they know how to take care of customers and deliver your medications to your door, they even helped me get some emergency meds because my mother in law lost her meds. highly recommend them.

He is compassionate and cares about his customers to the degree of providing a delivery service, especially for those who are not capable of picking up their orders. He is personable and innovative to provide not only pharmaceutical products, but he is also interested in the latest homeopathic options too.

Stop going to CVS and Walgreens right now! I cant say enough about Emad and the Team at Royal Pharmacy in Huntington Beach. I didnt even know pharmacists could put this much care into their clients. My son takes some hard to get medications and Emad calls and follows up with doctors for prior authorizations and scours the market until he finds what my son needs. I know when I walk into Royal Pharmacy, I will get prompt, thoughtful, personal service. Bonus; Im supporting a family owned local HB business.

I have been working with many pharmacies in the past 15 years but none of them were able to provide great service as Royal Pharmacy.
Emad is very professional, an excellent communicator, patient, knowledgeable, goes beyond his duties, making sure medications are accurate and delivered on time. I'm so glad I choose this pharmacy for my family and all residents I care for. If I could I would give them 10 stars!

Imad is a true professional and a gentleman. He is always pleasant, offers excellent advice and allows customers to wait in a "living room" atmosphere, while their prescription is being filled. Such a wonderful experience to go to a pharmacy who cares. Personal service.....the owner Emid knows everyone by name. A refreshing change from going to CVS or other large pharmacy chains.
